The Martin Acres Legacy is a wonderful blessing. As the Martin family tree grows larger it is important that everyone take responsibility, show respect, and follow through to ensure Martin Acres remains the beautiful place where our Legacy is rooted. This code of conduct has been developed to maintain safety for all of our stakeholders and visitors.

Martin Acres Inc. Code of Conduct

Please respect Martin Acres and all individuals involved, especially children.

Large farm equipment shall only be used by Martin Acres authorized personnel. 

All machine operators shall be trained individuals with experience.

All property and belongings of Martin Acres, Inc. must remain on the property.

Martin Acres is not a “Party Place”.  There shall be no underage drinking or other illegal activities.

To request a stay on Martin Acres, please complete the property rental process on the Martin Acres Website to confirm your stay. Property Rental form and Rental dues are to be submitted at least 3 weeks before to your arrival. 

All fees related to the property rental shall go toward the Big House Fund.

Rentals fees and terms of agreement will be determined based on the proposal’s scope.

Renters shall thoroughly clean the area before departing Martin Acres. 

All garbage and debris shall be taken to the Muhlenberg County waste facility prior to leaving Martin Acres.

 If property is damaged during your stay, please alert Martin Acres immediately by contacting contact@martinacresinc.com Per the rental agreement, the renter shall coordinate repair. Additional costs shall be the responsibility of the renter.

1) Go to www.martinacresinc.com, Click the “Store” Tab.
2) Click “Martin Acres Property Reservation”.
3) Complete Reservation Request and submit Payment.
